Mindful Craft Studio - Return and Refund Policy
We want you to love your handmade items from Mindful Craft Studio as much as we enjoyed creating them! However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns
- Eligibility: You can return an item within 14 days of receiving it. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
- Non-Returnable Items: Custom-made or personalized items and any workshop bookings are not eligible for returns.
- Return Process: Please contact us at info.mindfulcraftstudio@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we’ll provide you with the return address. You are responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds
- Eligibility for Refunds: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment within 7 days.
